[WE'RE HERE TO HELP]

Help and support.

Docsy is an independent open-source project. Start with the setup guide or reach the maintainers on GitHub.

Setup and documentation

For Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT/Codex, VS Code and other MCP-compatible tools, start with the Docsy setup guide. The public endpoint is https://docsy.remcp.site/mcp. Anonymous documentation retrieval does not require a Docsy account or API key.

Bug reports and feature requests

Check existing issues or open a new issue in the Docsy GitHub issue tracker ↗. Include a reproducible case, approximate UTC time, client and expected behavior. Never attach passwords, bearer tokens, private source code or personal data to public issues.

Security reports

For a vulnerability or sensitive report, use GitHub private vulnerability reporting ↗ where enabled. Do not post exploit details or secrets in public issues.

Privacy and account requests

If you need help with data access, account deletion, or API key revocation, consult the Privacy Policy. For sensitive requests, open a minimal non-sensitive support issue asking the maintainers for a private contact method; do not put personal identifiers in a public ticket.

Service health

The public API reports readiness through /readyz ↗. Availability of third-party documentation can depend on its source and the ingestion queue.
